Psalm: Song of Songs 2. 7-13
Romans 7.15-25a Paul gives thanks to Jesus Christ for rescuing him from the sinful body of death.
Gospel: Matthew 11:16-19, 25-30. Jesus offers rest and simplicity in his teaching, and gives thanks to God that God has chosen to reveal these things to the simple.
