One of the incredible gifts that Jesus shared with his disciples was the gift of prayer, teaching them to enter into the presence of God in trust and simplicity. We do this in our personal devotions, but also in common prayer. Common prayer, in the divine offices of Morning and Evening Prayer is one of the Anglican traditions beautiful offerings within the wider Christian family.
